The new America on the bones of women

Today I feel like all the women of the world are dead under my feet, and those who aren't dead yet are doomed, and there is no way out no matter where I turn, with the reign of white supremacist patriarchy in America and the white nationalist patriarchy in Russia, with Putin reaching out his friendly hand to Trump, to shake it over the ocean and over the bones of those who don't fit in the white, straight, Christian, sexist, privileged world: women, people of color, LGBTQ people, the poor, the immigrants, the agnostic, the oddballs that stick out.

I feel trapped. Like there is no other way but up, away from Earth. Or in. Into my books and into my writing, to keep fighting my fight. Because I'm not bloody giving up. Never. NEVER.

Join me. Write. If you haven't written anything yet, start. If you have put something away, pick it up, dust it off, and finish it. Create, create, create. Make up a world that you love and share it with us. Share your dream. It's urgent. We need it. NOW.
