Write a stop-doing list

You’ve got a million to-do lists, don’t you? You’re drowning under them, aren’t you? You hope one day they’ll get shorter, only they keep getting longer and longer, and there seems to be no end in sight as every day more and more tasks gets added to it.

So how about instead of writing yet another to-do list, you write a stop-doing list?

How about all those things that you want to stop doing but for one or the other reason never have?

Isn’t this YOUR life you living? Isn’t it quietly ending, day by day?

Then why do you spend your life on growing your to-do lists instead of having one single stop-doing list that will help you get rid of your to-do lists once and for all and finally BREATHE?

Think about it.

It’s a fun exercise.

Yeah, I know, life knocks on your door every day and demands things. It does this to me too, and I have multiple to-do lists too. But sheesh, doing this exercise really opens your eyes on things. Suddenly your to-do lists lose importance. In fact, suddenly it really easy to trash them.

Try it :)
